The Master of Education degree in Educational Management and Planning aims at preparing students for careers in Educational sectors such as university teaching, institutional administration, programme management, supervision of schools, Educational planning, economics of Education, researchers and consultants. The programme puts more emphasis on the functional areas of Educational management and strongly on development of skills for problems solving, leadership, situational analysis and policy development.
This course offers opportunities for you to specialize in managing a variety of educational institutions, from primary schooling right the way through to higher education.
MEMP Pgrogramme also focuses on the strategic management of an institution. This can include curriculum development and education governance, as well as internationalization and policy-making.
- A Candidate must have a minimum GPA of 2.7 at a bachelor degree or at least a GPA of 4.0 at a Postgraduate Diploma level in related field.
- An Advanced Diploma with upper second class or above, from recognized institution.
- Holders with Professional qualification such as CPA (T), CSP (T), or ACCA with an undergraduate degree or Advanced Diploma.
Fees are payable in full at the beginning of the academic year or several installments in each block.
